Goods haven't arrived?

First, check that the job was actually booked with us. On your bill of lading you will have written a job number in the top right corner. This number will help us track the consignment. If the job has been booked, give us a call - we are happy to assist.

The dispatcher will need details on your shipment for tracking purposes. You will need to know, in order of importance, either:

• Pick up location.
• Drivers name or vehicle number.

If the job has been completed, and you just want a copy of the bill of lading we need to know:

• Your name and/or company name.
• Your fax number.

A copy of the bill of lading can be faxed to you!
